This Intensive/Retreat is designed to take participants though a proactive, structured and thorough elimination of all the ways you may unconsciously limit your ability to live a happier, more loving, and more fulfilling life in every way.
Together we will spend 2 days eliminating:
– the drama and upset from your past,
– the 'less than feelings” that unconsciously limit your ability to be the person you really want to be.
– the ways you unconsciously block yourselves from fulfilment all areas of your life.
Day 1 – Introduction To The ZPoint Process
Starting with a general introduction to the ZPoint Process, we will spend the bulk of the first day clearing away the unconscious debris of past relationships with emphasis on your mother, father, sisters, brothers and others who had an impact on your early years.
We then move onto important relationships you presently enjoy. You will be asked to create a Top 10 List of those relationships or situations, past or present, that evoke one or more of the feelings listed below. We will then clear these one relationship/situation at a time until the unconscious self limiting feelings are eliminated. These include:
• Stress – Who or what causes you to feel stressed?
• Worry – Who or what causes you to worry?
• Grief/Loss – Who or what do you mourn?
• Anger/Frustration – Who or what are you angry with?
• Guilt – Who or what makes you feel guilty?
• Fear – Who or what are you afraid of?
Day 2 - Clearing All the Present Ways We May Unconsciously Feel...
• Powerless – What do I feel powerless to change or do?
• Being a Victim.
• Unloved, Unappreciated, Undervalued
• Insecure/misunderstood/alienated
• Mistrustful of self and others
[Optional 3rd Day: 'Ideal Life' Workshop]
(When you register for the Retreat, you'll receive an Ideal Life List Worksheet with instructions. Spending time working on your list prior to the Retreat will give you the opportunity to start thinking about what it is you really want in number of areas of life. Asking questions of ourselves always produces results. Our question is always the same, “what do I really want?”)
Day 3 : 'Ideal Life: Setting Goals and Eliminating Feelings that Limit You'.
We’ll spend the 3rd day releasing the very feelings that stand between you and actually experiencing the ideal life you want in these areas of life.
– Relationships – Ideally, what do you want your relationships to look like, to be like? We'll clear all the unconscious ways we won't allow ourselves to have what we've asked for. In other words, we'll release our unconscious resistance to saying yes to allowing what we'd really like to have.
– Financial Life – Ideally, what do you want your financial situation to look like? We'll release the unconscious ways you may block the financial situation you really want.
– Physical Health – Ideally, what do you want your physical health to look like? How do you want to feel as you grow older? How do you want to feel right now? How do you want to look? We'll put attention on clearing all the unconscious ways you may block that ideal picture from manifesting.
– Living Environment – Ideally, how do you really want to live? What kind of home do you want? Where do you want to live? Do you want servants? We'll release all the ways we may block ourselves from having exactly that.
– Career – Ideally, how would you like your career to look? We'll let go of all the ways we limit ourselves when it comes to career.

“My world felt like it was caving in on me. Nothing I did was making a difference. Everything I touched I seemed to fail at. My income stopped. Money I had invested and saved for years was being depleted, bills kept increasing, and I was spiralling down into depression. It was becoming increasingly hard to be with people and eventually even hard to leave the house. All of this can be directly attributed to having someone as skilled as Grant Connolly and a process like ZPoint to take me to the places I had previously been afraid to go. It has been a deeply personal experience, one that has truly given me my life back. The following are things that have changed that I wasn’t even consciously aware were bothering me. Since my sessions with Grant, I notice their absence more than I ever noticed their presence. So cool…..
• I feel more ‘at home’ in my own skin. I’m much more relaxed and ok to be me.
